As announced in a recent research paper/chapter from the conference proceedings of MAgiCS (Migration and Agility in Cryptographic Systems) 2026.

From the paper’s abstract:
“Quantum-safe alternatives are expected to replace most of the asymmetric cryptography algorithms currently in use in the near future. The migration of numerous systems and infrastructures to PQC is guided by the timelines established by various bodies. Hence, the transition to PQC poses a significant challenge, as it involves the exchange of frequently used algorithms employed in numerous protocols and applications within the next five to ten years. Consequently, to facilitate a consolidated and organized transition, PQC migration frameworks are

necessary. Therefore, in this paper we conduct a comprehensive literature review of proposed PQC migration frameworks. We investigate existing frameworks and evaluate them regarding their completeness and soundness of applied methods, such as crypto-agility posture.”
