“[…] Since all of these services are using TLS for traffic encryption and endpoint authentication, upgrading these services to use the Post-Quantum/Traditional (PQ/T) hybrid key exchange algorithm […] will likewise help protect them against the quantum threat.

However, other applications and services use different protocols and will need to likewise implement PQ/T hybrid key exchange algorithms and begin to use post-quantum signature algorithms.”
