Inga Paul works as a cryptologist for Germany’s Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) since 2020.
She has a mathematical background with a PhD in representation theory.
At BSI, Inga is responsible for their cryptographic recommendations, including post-quantum cryptography. In addition, the realization of cryptographic aspects in technical products is an essential part of her work. By raising awareness, promoting migration strategies and establishing timelines, she supports the transition to PQC.
