The BSI is the cyber security authority of the Federal Government and the shaper of secure digitalization in Germany. Its goal is the secure use of information and communication technology in government, business and society. With the support of the BSI, information security should be understood as a prerequisite for digitalization and implemented independently.
With the trend analysis, those responsible help to identify tomorrow’s digitalization and information security trends today and prepare for them. It examines which current topics are potentially of great importance for cyber security and therefore for the future work of the BSI.
