October 16–17, 2025, Frankfurt am Main, Union Halle
From October 16 to 17, 2025, “seQUcom 2025 – Securing Enterprise Communications” will take place in Frankfurt am Main at the Union Halle (www.sequcom.de). The two-day program aims to raise awareness of the upcoming and necessary migration to quantum-secure encryption.
The two half-day program is divided into an “executive track” and a “technical track.” On the first day, the threat scenario will be outlined in order to raise awareness of the necessary migration. The next step is to present the business perspective and introduce the QKD and PQK (post-quantum cryptography) solutions. A networking evening and expert panel round off the first day, while an industry exhibition runs parallel to both days. The target audience for the first day is CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and other decision-makers.
The second day has a technical focus. Here, the status of migration and the challenges of the QKD and PQK solutions will be discussed in greater depth. The aim is to actively promote networking between interested parties and experts in the technologies. The target audience for the second day is therefore technical staff who will be initiating migration in their respective companies in their specialist departments.
The current list of speakers can be found on the website at www.sequcom.de. The organizers have secured speakers from IBM, the Bundesbank, and the Federal Employment Agency, among others.
The meeting is being organized by the BMFTR-funded umbrella project Quantum Communication Germany (SQuaD), the German Industry Association for Quantum Security (DIVQSec), and the VDE ITG. The conference language will be English.
